Working with employers and training providers, we promote the apprenticeship brand while improving skills and employment opportunities across the region.

Launched in 2014, the Ladder for the Black Country has helped thousands of people into work, got hundreds of employers engaged with apprenticeships and provided expert support for training providers, as well as schools and colleges.
Leading local publisher Midland News Association teamed up with community development group The Vine Trust and training provider Performance Through People, along with leading public and private sector orgnanisations, to deliver the campaign to secure new futures for people across the four areas.
